This client client had a slew of gaudy requests. In this case I used my discerning eye to bring his vision to life while also implementing my own. I took their original idea of spelling the title of their record with blunt roaches and a weed leaf background and amplified it. Taking their original idea of making witty marijuana themed parody of the band name Guns & Roses combined with some of their design suggestions I created this. An original modernized version of the Guns & Roses logo, a custom blunt roach patterned background and very clear, legible titles. They were more than pleased with the direction. The completed work included the cover art square, 11x17 poster as well as the web banner displayed above. All of which comes in my cover art package.
